Teri Stautberg
Teri joined the company in 2007 after a career as a registered nurse. She was named CEO in 2009.Teri is a Second Act Award winner and has been recognized multiple times by the Chamber of Commerce as a Woman Business Leader. Her strategic planning, organization and mentoring skills are critically important to our long-term success.
Timothy P. Stautberg
Tim Stautberg became President in 2012. Tim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1994 with a BS degree in Management. Tim has worked in the family businesses for most of his career filling a variety of positions including Operations Manager, Purchasing, Customer Service and Sales Rep. Tim serves as General Factory Supply's representative for Affiliated Distributors.
Jeff Stautberg
Jeff Stautberg was named C.F.O. of General Factory Supply in October of 2012. He had been working for public accounting firms since his graduation from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the finance and IT departments. He also works closely with pricing services, quoting processes, and managing inventory. He is a regular volunteer and has served on boards for his local church and school community.
Robert J. Stautberg Jr.
Vice President
Rob was named VP in 2010. Rob is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Marketing. Rob held a variety of positions in the banking industry prior to joining the family business. Rob is responsible for Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and key sales accounts.
Buck Laycock
Vice President
Buck joined the company in August of 2019 as Vice President of Sales. A Navy veteran and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Buck has over 30 years of industrial distribution experience at the management level. He also holds five Presidents Club awards in both sales and operations.
